The audiologists of Mt. State ENT can help you and your family understand and take advantage of the benefits of hearing aids. Our certified and licensed staff provides services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric. |
Kimberly Stewart-Paine, M.Ed., CCC-A has been providing audiological services for over 20 years. Kimberly received her Masters in Audiology in 1985 from James Madison University. Kimberly is the head of the audiology department, overseeing all practices of the department.
Lori Ziolkowski, M.Ed., CCC-A received her Masters in Audiology degree in 2000 from West Virginia University. She has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2000. Lori specializes in the testing of balance and/or dizziness disorders (vestibular testing). Lori can be reached at (304) 255-2341 x 307.
Kathryn Trolenberg, M.Ed., CCA-A recently joined Mt. State ENT in October 2005. Kathryn received her Masters in Audiology degree in 2001 from the University of Virginia. Kathryn specializes in clinical hearing tests, hearing aids and hearing aid repairs. Kathryn can be reached at (304) 255-2341 x 308.

Angela Green, MA, allergy technician, completed her certificate of training as a Medical Assistant in 1992 from the Raleigh County Vocational and Technical Center. Angie joined the staff of Mt. State ENT in 2002 and has focused on allergy testing and therapy since 2003. Angie continually receives education and training at allergy seminars and meeting across the country. She understands the life struggles that persistent allergies may have on a person and is devoted to assisting each patient in achieving his/her optimal level of health.

Cosmetic
Under the direction and supervision of Dr. A. James Paine, Jr., the cosmetic service department of Mt. State ENT consists of Alysia Terry, Licensed Aesthetician and Angela Green, MA. |
Alysia is a Licensed Aesthetician, receiving her degree in aesthetics from Baldwin Beauty School in 1995. Alysia recently joined the staff of Mt. State ENT bringing with her a vast knowledge of the aesthetics industry. She has studied both in the US and in Europe. Alysia is the director of Healing Springs Spa.
Angela Green completed her certificate of training as a Medical Assistant in 1992 from the Raleigh County Vocational and Technical Center. Angie has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2002. Both employees receive continual and up-to-date training on the procedures and equipment used to perform the procedures that they provide.

Upon arrival at the office, you will be welcomed by Cynthia Green. Cynthia has more than five years experience in the medical and reception field. She is confident in the work that she performs and will assist you with any questions that you may have. For general questions, please contact Cynthia at (304) 255-2341 x 301.
Tiffany Lynch, our appointment desk receptionist has been employed with Mt. State ENT since March 2006. If you would like to make an appointment at our office, please contact Tiffany at (304) 255-2341 x 302. Tiffany is very thorough in her duties and she will work to find an appointment that will accommodate you.
Once the decision has been made by both you and a provider of Mt. State ENT to have surgery, you will be contacted by Nicole Wickline, CNA. Nicole is a Certified Nursing Assistant and has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2003. With the understanding that we all live very busy lives, Nicole will contact your insurance company to obtain any prior approval that may be necessary and work with you to find a surgery date that is convenient for you. If you have questions in regard to a surgery that is already scheduled, Nicole can be reached at (304) 255-2341 x 303.

BUSINESS OFFICE
Each employee receives continuing education and updates to insurance laws, rules and regulations. If you have questions regarding your account or any other financial issues, please do not hesitate to contact the business office.
Dorothy Farley, MA, CPC, business office supervisor, received her certificate of training as a medical assistant from the Raleigh County Vocational and Technical Center in 1986. In June 2002 she successfully completed and passed the exam to become a Certified Professional Coder. She has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2001. Katrina Maynor, CMA, RMC received her Associate of Medical Assisting degree from The College of West Virginia and completed the National Certification exam for medical assistants in 2000. In October 2005, Katrina successfully completed and passed the exam to become a Registered Medical Coder. She has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2000. Rachel Smith, MA completed her training as a medical assistant in 2004 from the Academy of Careers and Technology. Rachel’s skills are being utilized in many areas of the business office and she will be happy to assist you with any of your business office needs. She has been employed with Mt. Clinical Staff
The clinical staff of Mt. State ENT consists of several well-trained and highly qualified individuals. It is the primary focus of each clinical staff member to provide individual, outstanding and complete care, while also displaying compassion to each and every one of our patients.

Angela Green, MA and Sherry Sanchez, LPN direct the coordination of duties of the clinical staff, which consists of four medical assistants. Angela Green, MA received her certificate of training as a medical assistant from the Raleigh County Vocational and Technical Center in 1992 and has been employed Mt. State ENT since 2002. Angie’s primary focus is in the allergy and aesthetics departments. Sherry Sanchez, LPN, received her degree as a licensed practical nurse from The Academy of Careers and Technology in 2005 and has been employed with Mt. State ENT since April, 2006. Sherry’s primary focus is in both the clinical care area and the allergy department.
